Spot The Rewards Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Spot The Rewards, the online loyalty program of I Spy Deals. By creating an account and participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Earning Points
Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent online at ispydeals.com, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any non-qualifying charges.
Additional point offers, bonus events, or promotional opportunities may be provided from time to time. All products currently earn the same point value unless otherwise stated.
Points are automatically added to your account once your order is processed.
2. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for the following Credit Notes, valid online only:
- 500 points = $5 Credit Note
- 1,000 points = $10 Credit Note
Credit Notes:
- May be used toward any merchandise on the site except gift cards
- Must be used in full at the time of purchase (any remaining value is forfeited)
- Have no minimum purchase requirement beyond the value of the Credit Note
- Cannot be converted to cash, refunded, or transferred
Only one Credit Note may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
3. Expiration & Limitations
- Points do not expire.
- There is no limit to the number of points you may earn.
- Points and Credit Notes cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined across accounts.
4. Account Management
To join Spot The Rewards, customers must create an online account and provide a valid email address.
Account updates or merges may be requested by contacting customer support.
Returns & Adjustments
If an item purchased with a Credit Note is returned:
- The portion paid with the Credit Note is not refundable
- Points used to generate the Credit Note will not be reissued
- Only the portion paid with another payment method will be refunded to the original form of payment
Rewards earned on returned purchases may be deducted from your account.
5. Program Changes & Termination
I Spy Deals may modify, suspend, or end the Spot The Rewards program at any time and for any reason. Changes may include point earning rates, redemption values, or available rewards.
If the program is discontinued, unused points or Credit Notes will not be paid out, refunded, or converted into monetary value.
6. Fraud & Abuse
Creating duplicate accounts, manipulating transactions, or engaging in fraudulent activity to earn points or rewards is strictly prohibited.
I Spy Deals reserves the right to:
- Cancel or adjust points
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove Credit Notes
- Decline participation in the program
if misuse or abuse is detected.
7. Additional Terms
Participation in Spot The Rewards confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
From time to time, I Spy Deals may introduce promotional bonuses, multipliers, or reward events, each with separate terms that apply in addition to these.
