Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, returns are quick and easy.
Return Timeframe
You may return eligible items within 30 days of your order date.
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
Some items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page and/or your packing slip.
How to Start a Return
- Click the profile icon in our store menu or visit our Returns page.
- Log in with your email and enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
- Select the order you’d like to return.
- Choose the item(s), select a return reason, and submit your request.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit unless the item is defective.
Shipping Your Return
- Returns must arrive at our warehouse within the 30-day return window.
- Include your packing slip or a copy of your shipping confirmation email inside the package.
- Drop off the package using the carrier listed on your return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed according to the guidelines below:
- Within 30 days, with receipt/packing slip: Refund to the original form of payment.
- After 30 days, or for late-arriving returns: Merchandise credit.
- With a gift receipt: Merchandise credit.
- Without a receipt/packing slip or confirmation email: Merchandise credit.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Refunds typically post to your account within 10–14 business days after your return is processed. Timing may vary by bank or card issuer.
Merchandise Credit Terms
Merchandise credits may include certain restrictions as described on the credit itself.
A valid government-issued ID, name, address, and signature may be required when issuing or redeeming a merchandise credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used, worn, or unsellable items
- Items marked FINAL SALE (including clearance items)
- Gift cards
- Certain categories may have additional restrictions, noted on the product page
Exchanges
Due to our constantly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges for online orders.
If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order through our website.
