Return Policy for Items Purchased Online
We welcome your returns! Not what you had in mind? No problem. Returns are free in-store and easy by mail.
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the packing slip. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order serves as your receipt.
Before You Return
Before placing your return, check if your item is eligible for return, as some items may be final sale or subject to additional return restrictions. You can find this information on your receipt (it also appears on the product description page before purchasing). Please review the terms for your preferred return method—by mail or in-store.
Returning by Mail
Returns by mail are accepted if they arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of your order date.
How to Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store’s menu or visit the Returns page.
Log in to your account by entering your email and clicking Continue.
Open the email from I Spy Deals and copy the six-digit verification code.
Go back to the online store and enter the verification code.
Click Request Return for the order you want to return.
Select the items for return (if your order has multiple items).
Choose a return reason and add any necessary notes.
Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. A return shipping and handling fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Drop off your return at the designated shipping carrier listed on your return label. Be sure to include your receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email).
Refunds: Returns arriving at the warehouse within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Returns received after 30 days will receive merchandise credit.
To avoid shipping fees, you can return your online purchase in-store at I Spy Deals.
Returning In-Store
In-store returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date and are subject to the same restrictions as mail returns.
To process an in-store return, bring:
Your item(s)
Your receipt or shipping confirmation email
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for any non-receipted returns. For details on how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Issuance of Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or issued as merchandise credit, based on the conditions below:
With a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email (within 30 days): Cash refund or charge credit.
With a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email (after 30 days): Merchandise credit.
With a gift receipt: Merchandise credit.
Without a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email: Merchandise credit.
Items purchased with an I Spy Deals Gift Card: Merchandise credit.
Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.
Merchandise Credit Terms
Merchandise credits are subject to the terms and conditions printed on them, including potential transfer restrictions. A valid government-issued photo ID, name, address, and signature may be required for non-receipted returns and merchandise credit use.
Refund Processing Time
Returns by Mail:
Your account will be credited within 10-14 business days after we receive your return. Refund times depend on your bank and/or billing cycle. Merchandise credits are issued after your return is processed.
Returns In-Store:
Refunds to the original form of payment or merchandise credit are issued immediately. (Please note, your bank may take a few days to post the refund to your account.)
Exceptions & Special Instructions
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
In-store purchases (must be returned in-store, not online).
Used, worn, or unsellable merchandise.
Spot The Savings RED Tag clearance items (Final Sale).
Other restrictions may apply.
Gift Cards: Non-returnable.
Exchanges: Due to our ever-changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges for online orders.

Returns with a receipt (within 14 days of purchase) → Refund to the original form of payment or exchange.
Returns with a receipt (after 14 days), with a gift receipt, or without a receipt → Merchandise credit only.
Merchandise credit terms: Merchandise credits are subject to the Terms & Conditions printed on them and may have restrictions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:
New, unused, and in resellable condition
Accompanied by a receipt, gift receipt, or valid ID for non-receipted returns
Swimwear & intimate apparel → Tags must be properly attached
Non-Returnable Items:
Used, worn, or unsellable items
Spot The Savings RED Tag clearance items (Final Sale – no returns or exchanges)
Other restrictions may apply
Return Process & ID Requirements
A valid government-issued photo ID, name, address, and signature are required for non-receipted returns.
A customer signature may be required for receipted returns.
