Store Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt we will issue you a store credit for the current price of the item(s). Spot The Rewards members have an extended 30 day return window.

Defective merchandise

We will accept your return no questions asked during the 14 day return window. Defective items may be eligible for return after 14 days and will be handled case by case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Spot The Savings RED TAG items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The best way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds are processed to your original payment method. To receive cash back, you must have purchased your items with cash and have the receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
