We ship within the entire U.S., including:

All 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii)

U.S. Territories

APO/FPO military addresses

P.O. Boxes

Important Notes:

Some items in an order may ship separately, including gift cards.

A signature may be required for certain deliveries.

Orders placed after the listed cutoff times are subject to regular shipping terms, timing, and charges.

I Spy Deals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel these terms at any time.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer two shipping options within the U.S.:

Standard Ground → 3-4 business days
Express Shipping → 1-2 business days

We offer FREE standard ground shipping when you spend $49 (not including taxes and/or fees).

Express Orders: Orders placed before 12 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

The carrier’s website may initially show “Label Created,” but tracking typically updates within 24 hours.

Special Locations & Exceptions

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, & APO/FPO Addresses

Standard shipping is available for all these locations.

Delivery to these locations may take up to 5 additional business days beyond standard shipping estimates.

Express shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Sales Tax on Shipping

Some states require tax to be charged on the shipping and handling costs.

Beauty Products

Some beauty items are classified as hazardous materials.

These items can only be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.

If your order includes a hazardous item, the entire order will ship standard.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased online are digital and will arrive via email.
If you need a physical gift card, please contact customercare@ispydeals.com.

Signature Required for High-Value Orders

Orders totaling $500.00 or more will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available during regular store hours!
Orders are ready within one hour of placing your order.
Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your purchase.
