Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
I Spy Deals ships to locations within the United States only, including:
- All 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii)
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories and U.S. outlying islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
If USPS, UPS, or FedEx can deliver to the location without customs, duties, or import processing, we ship there.
We do not offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Express orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same business day.
- Express orders placed after 12 PM CST ship the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Estimated Transit Times
- Standard Ground: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Transit times begin once the carrier receives the package.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking may show “Label Created” for up to 24 hours before movement appears.
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size or warehouse availability.
Special Locations & Exceptions
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
- Standard shipping is available to these locations.
- Delivery may take up to 5 additional business day beyond standard estimates.
- Express shipping may not be available for certain remote locations.
APO/FPO Addresses
- Only Standard Shipping is available.
- Transit times vary based on military mail processing.
P.O. Boxes
- Standard shipping is available.
- Express may not be available depending on the carrier.
Hazardous Materials (Beauty, Aerosols, etc.)
Some beauty items are considered hazardous materials and must ship via Standard Ground only.
- If your order contains a hazardous item, your entire order will ship Standard Ground, even if you select Express.
Digital & Physical Gift Cards
- Online gift cards are delivered digitally by email.
- If you need a physical gift card, please contact us
Signature Requirements
Orders totaling $500 or more will be shipped with Signature Required to help ensure secure delivery.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, please note:
- Carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or operational issues are outside our control.
- I Spy Deals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
